complete with facile fluff,
“Your stuff is really good
but not quite good enough.”
How many times must one be told
their pen is too mundane
before they shun that lone release
conviction can’t maintain.

Maybe you're just asking the wrong people? Your work is far from mundane and we love you! Like someone once told me "The world is a better place with people like you in it dear". :(

but then... sometimes you have to look at the stuff they do buy and say....WTF?????

Ugh, I got a rejection on sunday. I looked at some of the winners for the contest, and I was disgusted.
People just don't understand true talent.
